Student Health and Wellness focuses on the students living in Nooit C. To ensure that they are safe, happy, healthy and that the pressures and stress of campus life doesn’t get too hectic for them. I aim to strive to help them with problems and I am always there to listen and connect with them. I also aim to keep them fit and to live a balanced lifestyle. We offer running, walking, cycling, long boarding etc. All sport and fitness activities are optional and no student is forced to do it. I am also very aware of a lot of events happening in/on campus. If a student ever needs more information regardding a certain event they can ask me and most probably join me to the event. I am also part of the social side of Nooit C and organizing events and fun ways for students to meet new people and have fun, being able to create the balance between fun and studying.
